Replacement Policy:


1- You have (14) days from the date of receiving any merchandise to submit a request to replace it with the original packaging of the product. Shipping costs will be by the buyer.

Subject: Replace

• Invoice number or order number

• Reason for replacement

• The name of the product to be replaced

• You will be notified of the method of re-ordering and serving you directly as soon as you receive your order and ensure the integrity of the piece and its accessories



Return Policy:


1- If the item has a manufacturing defect, you have the right to return it within (3) days from the date of receiving it and the price of the item will be refunded to you in addition to the shipping cost that you paid when purchasing.

2- The amount will be transferred within (14) working days after the store receives and inspects the merchandise.

Q: I received a defective/damaged product, can I get a refund?

If the product you received is damaged or has a defect, you can return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that it is in the same condition that you received it with the original box intact or the packaging intact, once we receive the returned product, we will check it, and if it is found that the product If the product is defective or damaged, we will refund the value of the paid product, along with any shipping fees paid, within (14) business days of the date you requested the return of the product.


Q: When is "return" not possible?

There are some cases where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  1. If the return is requested outside the specified time frame which is 3 days or 14 days for defective or non-specification products from the day of receipt.
  2. If the product is used, damaged or not in the same condition you received it in.

Q: Who pays the shipping fee when the product is returned?

You can return the product within 3 days from the date of delivery and it is shipped by the customer to our address. Noorcom store does not bear the shipping cost unless the product is incorrect or has a manufacturing defect, then the shipping cost will be borne by Noorcom store.
